Urns & Boxes

We want you to have the perfect box . Your box is guaranteed  For manufacturing defects or spelling errors. The last thing you need at this time is to be worried about your Urn or box being damaged or engraving misspelled. I want you to have peace of mind so If there is a problem please  Contact me within 30 days of receiving your Urn or box. If you receive it damaged please take pictures of how you received your urn/box. That way it can be determined if a replacement or refund can be given. 

Game boards

 It's unlikely but If by chance the board is damaged or there's a problem with your board please return the board in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your game board for a full refund or a replacement. For insurance purposes please send pictures if the package itself is damaged.
