We want you to have the perfect box . Your box is guaranteed  For manufacturing defects or spelling errors. The last thing you need at this time is to be worried about the Urn or box. I want you to have peace of mind so If there is a problem  Contact me within 30 days of receiving your Urn or box. Due to the custom nature of the product it will be determine together whether a refund or replacement will be given.   

Game boards

 It's unlikely but If by chance the board is damaged or there's a problem with your board please return the board in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your game board for a full refund or a replacement. For insurance purposes please send pictures if the package itself is damaged.
